Attention LT Twilight Fans!

The LT librarians would like to invite you to join an online book discussion of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyers. This is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on vampires, Bella, Edward, Jacob, Forks, and much, much more! To get you started, we will post thought-provoking questions for your response. Anyone who participates will be automatically entered into a contest for Twilight-related prizes!

Two Rules: 1) No inappropriate language (all posts will be previewed). 2) No references to other people (LT or otherwise).

Let's get started! Today's question is "Which character (main or secondary) do you relate to most? Why?

As cliche as it may seem, I'd have to say Bella. She is just a typical high school girl stuck with typical family issues (divorce, etc.), and she finds herself in this insane situation by falling in love with someone she probably should not spend her time on. I LOVE how much she loves Edward; I think we can all relate to that feeling when we first meet someone we truly connect with!

P.S. I just saw the movie! I thought it was OK in a good way. I wasn't blown away, but I wasn't entirely disappointed either. As always-the book is WAY BETTER.
The high school students were a bit corny, and Billy Black was way too "street" for me to handle! There were many scenes I really enjoyed though too...

I'd have to also say Bella since she is clumsy, down to earth and really mature about what goes on around her.

Personally, I relate most easily to Alice. She is feisty, and sometimes a bit over the top. She's an excentric character, and although she's not always the one most focused on, she's definitely one of the most detailed.
